第十五届全球华人计算机教育应用大会（Ei检索）
This conference is organized by Global Chinese Society for Computers in Education, hosted by Zhejiang University. The meeting aims to promote diffusion of educational innovations through setting a platform for educational policy makers, scholars, educators, principals and teachers to share their experiences in area of ICT-based teaching and learning.
本次会议由全球华人计算机教育应用学会主办，浙江大学承办，旨在汇聚世界各地教育政策制定者、学者、教育工作者、校长及一线教师，分享有关信息与通信技术（ICT）教育应用的实践方法及成功经验，以推动教育信息化的发展，促进教育创新。
与前14届大会不同，本次会议收录的中文和英文论文将被IEEE出版，并被EI检索，该次会议已经进入IEEE会议列表，大会编号为：#18156。

投稿要求：
(1) 论文可以用中文或者英文撰写，有原创性，并且没有公开发表。论文需要提交全文，论文摘要将不收录到论文集中。
(2) 中文论文必须具有英文标题、摘要和参考文献。
