abstract
This paper based on the microcomputer control dc double closed loop speed PWM - M servo system design,from dc speed control system has been gradually established principle, double closed loop dc servo drive system PWM mathematical model,with the development of computer hardware and software, new technology,Explore a microcomputer and electric drive control combines the control method,one comprehensive review of the controlled object,key to controlling part of research, it includes control needs of hardware and software are discussed in the paper,control strategy and control algorithm is discussed.In the hardware fully using the computer peripherals interface is rich, the high speed of operation characteristics,adopt combination of hardware and software,realization of speed and the current double closed loop speed regulation system of control.This paper analyzes the system to improve the performance of speed and work principle of the method.In the microcomputer control,Digital trigger,Digital speed,Digital PWM modulator,Bipolar type H PWM transform circuit,the speed and the current controller principle,and give the hardware realization scheme.This scheme to AT89C52 as the core,respectively adopts the 8255 ,8253,8279, ADC0809 ,741914 etc, with some outer circuit.Through Matlab/Simulink simulation test and debug motor speed/current,this control system can get fast and accurate control effect.
